Your  choice of  wedding photographer is one of the most important decisions you'll have to make as he or she will be intimately involved in the most important day of your life. You have got to feel at home with whoever you choose and know they will get on with you and your guests.

I just love photographing people, and that love inspired me to make a move into the most demanding of all photographic disciplines, weddings. I trained in London as a Fashion and Beauty Photographer. During my career I have worked on a variety of accounts from Fashion to Interiors as well as working in France for a while photographing Food. Many amateurs see weddings as an entry point into the profession, I believe it's only once you have gained the experience of working under pressure, producing images to the highest standard and satisfying demanding clients, that a photographer is ready to work in this field.

My photographic style is probably best described as documentary. For most of the day I will be in the background and you won't notice I'm there, It doesn't mean I have shot off down to the pub for a swift pint!  I am with you for around eight hours, ten if you want me for the full day but in reality it will be quite a bit more as I arrive early on in the day or even the day before, to allow for the unexpected.

At some stage during the drinks reception I will take you away to somewhere quiet where I can take some natural, romantic pictures of you both. This will be for around fifteen to twenty minutes. I don't do gimmicks or cliches or arrange you in silly unnatural positions! You have seen what I do that's hopefully why you're reading this.  During the day there will be occasions when you will want me to come out of the woodwork and take some arranged shots, these are important as family records and you will probably kick yourselves in a few years time if they are omitted. I recommend that you have no more than six to eight groups as it can start to take over the reception and leave you with no time to talk to your friends and family. It's a wedding not a photo shoot!
